eHA is a mega web based health and wellbeing information portal that provides a range of comprehensive servise to its members, including consultancy, opinion, online health record and patient guidance servise for its members.

Any health conscious individuals, hospitals, patients, doctors and other healthcare providers can be a member.

eHA provides services for a wide range of medical conditions. That can include everything form back pain and sports injuries to chronic disease and life threatening illnesses. Currently its main focus is on psychiatric illnesses (depression), stress, back pain, headache, smoking and alcohol cessation, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, cancer care, diabetes, paediatrics and sexual health. Most up to date medical information oninfertility, abdominal pain, thyroid issues, arthritis and cardiac care will also be provided.

It’s a parent company who has created this proposed platform eHA. The company will be working constantly behind the betterment of services offered and identification of new areas of growth. It will work as a platform for like-minded professionals who are willing to contribute for the global community.

eHA physicians team include world’s top medical specialists. Any qualified doctor, registered with the regulatory authority of respective country can become a membership. Membership is generally offered through an invitation from eHA team but physicians can also directly approach eHA team.
A database of ‘local experts’ is also maintained by eHA team and there details will be available for patients for personal visit.

You must have completed your degree with accredited institution and eligible to register with appropriate council of present country or authorising body.

Minimum qualification for a ‘specialist’ is post graduation degree/diploma

There are three categories
1. Expert Panel Member: Will be selected by eHA on various criteria.
2. Independent Expert: Will be displayed to the patient with desired information and fee charged
3. Local Expert: Patient will be referred through online appointment system to members.

Yes, a selected expert panel member can raise a request to discontinue from Internal Expert panel. The member can still opt the services as per his/her choice.

Yes, eHA members committee and chairman reserves a right to discontinue doctors’ service at any point of time.

Case will be distributed to doctors on their performance & satisfaction rating. This rating will be given by patients after their consultation via feedback form. The rating point will be generated by an automated system and system will automatically assign the enquiry to eligible doctor on a random selection algorithm.

The standard payout is more than 60% to the panel expert of the fee collected from patient. This general visitors and patient query asked to EHA will go to members of this category
Independent Expert : EHA will charge 30% from the decided fee. This category will get consultation query through preferred choice selection at patient end (In simple meaning patient will choose his doctor for consultation)

Local Expert: Patient consulted by experts will be assigned to area specific members for further care taking and consulting treatment. In case patient visits directly to LE then patient will submit the provided discount code to member & EHA will get 25% of consultation fee charged by LE. In case of online appointment the LE will get 65% of the fee collected.

Local experts need to choose the empanelment/membership plan among the three offerings (Platinum, Gold, Silver). Platinum & Gold are paid plans and Silver is Free plan. Details of plans, pricing and services can be obtained through e-mail (ehadetails@gmail.com)

Yes As stated above.

Being an expert panel member your account statement will be generated after each consultation assigned to you. After successful completion of assignment the payment will be transferred as per the standard payout cycle.

Standard payout cycle is Fortnightly. Means after completion of assignment your payout will be done in next immediate payout date. The current payout date is every 15th and 30th of the current month.

Patients will be requested to fill review/satisfaction survey. Doctors receiving highest satisfaction level will be rewarded with bonus.

Note: Panel expert members are considered a part of eHA family and will be dully rewarded for bringing more expert and patient members. Best performing doctors will also be able to receive a share stake in the project profit. The ‘teaching services’ are paid separately, please contact eHA authority in this regard.

Expert panel member needs to maintain highest standard of professionalism while dealing with patients. Any complaints of indecent act, disclosure of patient’s identity to third party or any other non- professional activity will not only result in cancelation of eHA membership, but it will also be reported to the relevant regulatory authority. It is expected from the provider that he keeps himself abreast of new development in his respective field and he is aware of usage of medications, adverse effects of treatments and to  make sure that full information has been provided to the patient. It is also advisable for providers to subscribe basic indemnity malpractice coverage. All communications between user and provider will be performed through eHA. Any direct communication with the patient is prohibited, unless approved by the EHA authorities.

Members will get to contribute in much needed field of medical facilities to all as well access to the global knowledge though eHA platform. The members will also gain financially through various options available on eHA platform.

The medications which are allowed in India can also be prescribed online in India currently. The medications can also be prescribed through our local experts. Those medications which are not allowed by Drug authority of India cannot be prescribed online.

As per the current rules, online advise from an eligible doctor is allowed in India.

It is not mandatory , but eHA advises its members to check it with the authorities.

eHA expert panel member leads a team of doctors in his speciality. He provides most recent ‘evidence based’ updates on health conditions, answers patients queries (first direct advice), provides second opinion and some expert panel members also provide their services to our ‘Dr for Doctors’ portal.

No, Members remain in full control of their healthcare decision making. The information they receive from eHA is intended to help them make informed decision regarding their diagnosis and/or treatment plan.

Yes. eHA team is dedicated and fully prepared to provide secure data collection and communications. Patients and doctors confidentiality is somethingeHA team takes very seriously.

Only the member can decide to share the eHA report with his/her treating physician. eHA will not Share the report with member’s physician or with third party at any circumstances

Not at all. In fact, the opposite is true — EHA has received a warm response from the medical community. Treating physicians who have worked with or heard EHA, appreciate having access to respected experts in their field of practice. They also gain access to information regarding innovative diagnostic and treatment protocols that might not be available in their local community.
